We purchased this product and it was shipped without the 28 slats. They are included in the instructions to assemble bit they are NOT in either of the 2 boxes sent.
Bed looks good but assembly is so much frustrating. Holes are not rightly cut and screws do not go inside well. As a result, needs much more strength to screw these. I have been assembling it for past 3 hours and still need more time.
Also, one of the screws was of smaller size than others so could not screw it. Will go to Home depot to buy proper size screw tomorrow.
Also, some metal parts came bent and attaching them to bed was other hassel.
I am so frustrated as I write this. Need to get back to assembling this bed before my husband comes back from work as he is so desperate to see this bed.
The look of this bed is stunning. I am so happy with it and cant wait to get my mattress. I have the warranty just in case something should happen to it within the next 5 years. I have never been disappointed with anything Ive bought from .
This bed is fantastic. Put it together by myself (highly recommend a drill, although it comes with an Allen wrench and small ratchet that will also get the job done) in about 2 hours. Sturdy, gorgeous, soft.

Just as pictured! But package was open on one end.
Took my fiancé 2 hours to put together all by himself! The color and finish is wondeful. Downside is the package arrived opened on one end.
It did take the contractor 2 hours to put together. It looked like I could have done it myself but Im glad he did it...
