2/year warranty 900 miles the battery got tired and would only pull 20 miles. Sent an email, answered some questions and a week later BRAND/NEW BATTERY in the mail.

I love this bike, it gets me to work and back, I love the idea of the folding because I can fold it and it wont take a bunch of space while Im at work since we have a large break room I can put it close to the wall. Now its not in the way, when you first receive box and open it, it has a lot of foam to protect bike which is always a positive thing. Its a bit hard taking out bike from box without damaging box( I always keep box for about a month just in case. The only thing to assemble is seat post, handle bars and pedals every thing else is good. The brakes work good but mines are somewhat loud like metal scraping metal loud, Im sure with adjustment or different brakes in general can fix that issue. By the way if your a heavy person like for example 260 lbs which is my weight dont worry this will hold you I believe max weight is 330 lbs. the bike is heavy its about 65/70 lbs so be careful when lifting. The battery is great in my case my job is about 5 miles away so the battery is excellent, I get there and still have a full battery according to indicator, sometimes I get ly and use throttle only( which goes to max of 20/22 mph on flat ground), which propels me good but most of the time I use the pedal assistance usually pa1 ( also has 2 and 3) which helps greatly with hills, and the shimano shifter has 7 speed which is awesome too so with the combination of pa and the shifter its great. The headlight is decently bright although I feel like you can get a better one, and the taillight is bright to it even blinks when u press and hold the brakes. Overall, Im very pleased with my purchase I feel like it was great investment.

This is truly a nice bike. Sturdy, very easy to assemble. Unfortunately for me, Im 53, and the bike was too high. We did purchase a new seat pole and seat clamp so my toes could touch the ground. My husband is 58, and its good for him.
Great e bike was very easy to assemble and awesome to ride. My son uses it for work loves how fast it goes. Its light weight easy to load in car and very cool that it folds for easy transportation. Last long time on 1 charge can cruise around the city all day with pedal assist. Thank you great bike.
Great bike! I take it to work every chance I get! Best invention yet! I ride 12 miles each way for work and get a nice workout each way. It is very well made and seriously a tough bike. I went with because the other reviews said they received good customer service and when you spend 1000 on something that is very important as well as its the only bike that has a two year warranty. It rides awesome!

The 500 cycle is fast, but I shouldve bought the 750 cycle.
