I have over 100 miles on it. Works great for going to work. The only thing I have is the weight to deal with. At 75 its getting a little difficult to lift. Only charged it 2 times. It only dropped 2 bars.
I had been looking at ebikes and this one seemed a good value. I still believe it is but there are things to consider.
As an e/bike its ok. It will zip you along just fine on bike paths etc. It seems to have plenty of power for normal riding and I believe the range may be even longer than they claim. Its not a mountain bike however. When climbing fairly steep grades on dirt roads, not singletrack, it struggles to keep up speed even with enthusiastic pedaling. It would never make it on a mountain bike trail. Fortunately I bought it for bike path riding around town so this isnt an issue.
This is the heaviest bicycle Ive ever seen, even without the battery. It weights in at 66 pounds according to the box and I believe every pound of it. It says the frame is aluminum but I suspect its actually depleted uranium. I dont believe its practical to even consider using it as a regular bike. Aside from riding it, consider wrestling this beast around. Forget putting it on a cartop rack.
The other issue is folding it. It folds up exactly as advertised and they dont mislead you as to how big it is when folded. However reading dimensions is one thing, putting it in the back of a car is quite another. I have a Subaru Forester, and the thing fits / just. Even though it latches securely when deployed it doesnt latch in the folded position. I strongly recommend using a stout bungee to hold it in the folded position. Even with that everything you grab to try to lift it with seems to move and the likelihood of getting a good pinch is quite high.
All that being said I bought it for riding on local bike paths and it serves that need quite well. If the other inconveniences arent too much for you I think this is a pretty good, durable bike for the money.
LOVE the bike! We bought 2 for the wife and I, we have had son much fun on them, have not risen bikes in years due to an accident on my motorcycle, (leg issues) but I got to say I look forward to riding it every chance I get to cruise around our town. I thought I would use the electric mode without peddling more but Id say it gives you something to do while cruising around. Id compare it to when your on a exercise bike on very low resistance. If you get tired just quit peddling and hit the throttle! I have riden motorcycles for 30 years and I find this more entertaining than riding a hog because of the places I can ride in the ebike. Sidewalks, through parks, through the grass. We take them camping with us and ride into the closest town to get supplies or just check out the town. So much fun, lots of compliments and questions. People say, kinda defeats getting exercise but I say that there would be no way Id be riding 15/20 miles a day without an ebike! I did lots of research on these bikes and a lot of them including have the same frames or other features from china but the company packs them up real good for easy installation and they are protected very well in the box they come in. There are some good videos on YouTube of how to put together rand very simple compared to some of the other similar bikes.
I highly recommend hey bike!
This thing is beast. I was very worried at first because it was very high. I am 56 and when I first climbed on it, I thought there was no way I was going to be able to ride it safely because I was barely touching the ground. I figured I would try it out first. With the handle bars and seat all the way down, I do struggle to get on the bike a little bit. I have to lean it towards me a good bit and stand on my tippy toes to get on the seat. However once on the seat the shocks lower a bit to allow me to touch the ground when putting my weight on the seat. Definitely not a bike a for someone shorter than 56. I wish it had a strap or something to lock in place when in the folded position. The push button to make it go without peddling is a little sluggish till it starts going some, then it does well. All in all I do love the bike. Love the Fat tires and the freedom it gives me now to bike trails and see more things than I would just walking.

excellent bike
I ride my bike very comfortable excellent purchase
Hey bike
I bought this for my wife. She is about 53. The bike is pretty big, tall and a bit heavy, but robust and performs well. Highly recommend
Great bike and pedal assist!
Great bike and pedal assist! A bit clunky to handle when folded. Maybe some straps with a handle to place into trunk or back seat?
FUN!!

Not a whole lot
The fact that the seat couldnt go any lower. Its still a good ride and bike for the money.
