I bought this for my son and daughter and they love it!! After reading all the reviews I was scared that my package would be delivered damaged or in one huge box that would be difficult to load into my SUV. It came in 2 separate boxes and in perfect condition. It took my husband and father in law about 2 hours to put together. It came out great! very sturdy! The wood it beautiful! Most of all my kids love it!!! I will definitely be recommending this to mt family and friends!!
Ok, so some of the pieces were not labeled but the ones that are not are simply mirror images of the ones that are. My 13 year old daughter could work it out. It took two of us to put it together and it was fun. It is sturdy and looks fantastic. The instructions were included and the hardware too. Arrived in two boxes 3 days after ordering. I am absolutely thrilled.
Disappointed to put this together. It's a lot more rickety than I had hoped and we followed the fairly simple directions. Doesn't come with an Allen wrench which you will need to put it together. The first night I sat on it (300 lbs) with my son (100 lbs) and the slats fell off the bottom. We fixed it by drilling them in and not leaning against the back anymore. It's against the wall and we were all the way against it. I give these beds 4 years max before they are trash.
Since only three of the many, many pieces to the beds were marked, I really had to pay attention to the location of holes drilled on each part to assure proper assembly. One headboard was fairly damaged during shipping. Not worth waiting on another to ship. Just check packaging for damage upon arrival.
We've owned this for 2 years and are still happy with the purchase. This bunk bed set is sturdy and well made. There's definitely a low clearance between the bunks and I've hit my head more than once but that doesn't happen to my kids. Nonetheless, I actually like that they're shorter because it's a smaller distance for my older daughter to climb up the ladder and makes it easier for me to change the top bunk bedding. We didn't have trouble with assembly like others on hereIf you have a small house like us, just remember to do the last few assembly steps AFTER you bring the bunk bed into the bedroom. Fully assembled, it would be difficult/impossible to get through a doorway.

I love these beds. It took me about 3 hours to build them by myself. But I was in a small apartment and had to maneuver things around quite a bit to get it done. In a bigger space would be much easier and faster. Directions were easy to follow, mainly lots of screws. They are pretty sturdy, wobble just a bit when pushed on, but have held up great with my two boys. The distance from the bottom bunk to the top bunk is kind of tight. For instance when I lean in to tuck the son on the bottom into bed, I have to watch my head and not hit it on the top bunk. lying in the bed, the top bunk seems close to you. It is plenty of room, but good to know if you are looking at this model. Other than that, just great.
We bought this item for ours sons. Currently our four year old is on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk is unoccupied. The item looks great, and the construction seems very solid. Our only gripe was during assembly the long pieces that run along the side of the bed, are poorly labeled, and very similar looking to boot. Several times my wifes commented, why are some of these labeled, and others are not? This led to us having to take apart the beds to flip pieces around, and adding an extra half hour or so the process. Once they are built they are a fine looking piece of furniture, but be warned, and be wary.
We had just moved house and all the family coming for Christmas. My husband put together 2 pairs of these bunk beds. They are beautiful and the children loved them. Great product for the price, though lots of work to put together.

Not as Sturdy as Others Claim

Looks Great, but Be Attentive During Assemblage

Kids love it.
No screw driver tool for cross-screws. Hard labor to assemble by 1 person but I managed enough to assemble them.
