Brown a very rich color. Operates quickly. Comfort is great. Assembly extremely easy. Does need cover so he wont stick to it in the summer time. I think this is a good option

I purchased this for my Mom after she took a fall. We took a chance on this one after looking at really high priced chairs locally. She sleeps in her chair at night and was able to switch to this chair with no problem. It ended up working as well as all of the ones we tested locally. This is awesome!
Using for my 92 yr old mother, it makes it so much easier to get up since she has bad knees. The chair seems sturdy enough. I hope it holds up good because right now, we love it!! Love this product. No issues.

remote bad, not working but customer support talk family member through check points and asked for pictures of wiring connections and lights. all was plugs were reseated and chair was fine again.
Best of these was the easy access to order info. The product support and contact with seller was immediate and so was followed up on its status. Very sturdy and durable
