The bed is nice, and actually pretty sturdy. If they could work on an in the box slat holder for assembly 5 stars. I had to stop assembly and run off to get some painters masking tape to hold them while putting it together. They provide a spacing block for the base slats, why not a small roll of painters tape also? Don't use a stronger adhesive tape when putting it together or you'll spend an equal time getting the tape off as you did putting it together.
Highly recommended "quality controlshould review the product well, one of the woods was scratched ...very easy "arm, put together, assemblemy mattress feel and look much better....yes, buy it!!
Furniture on feels risky but it was so worth it! Didn't have to worry about getting this in my car or up my stairs. It showed up in perfect condition and took about 30 minutes to an hour to build (anyone with an ikea background will be pleased) (power drills help). The space underneath is a bit high and it wouldn't work to put a bed skirt on it since the slats go the side of the bed but if you have cute storage containers or want to put another mattress under it'd be perfect.
An attractive alternative to a futon. Price was very affordable and day bed was delivered promptly and packaged well. My husband was able to assemble himself, however, he said it would be much easier to have assistance
Also, when removing stickers from some of the pieces, the finish was easily scratched, so be gentle. All in all, very pleased.
For the price you really cannot beat the quality, and it looks great as well. The wood is soft, likely pine, but it is real wood at least. I was somewhat put off by some of the reviews that stated it was difficult to put together, however I did not find that that was the case. It is tedious, there are a lot of parts, but it took me about an hour or so and I did not need anyone else to help. The reviews stating it took six hours and three people are quite an exaggeration. I did not follow the instructions, which would have you assemble the three sides and then somehow try to connect all three while placing the back section without all the slats falling out. Instead I built the two sides, connected them loosely with the lower rails, and then installed the bottom rail for the slats. I tightened the lower screws more, so as to make a "Vshape, put the slats in and then finally set the top rail which snapped right into place. Basically Just build the two sides, and connect them with the lower rails, and build the back section in place. This works out much better than how the manual tells you to build it and only requires one person.
I've been sleeping on this bed every night for a few weeks now and I have no complaints. Doesn't make any noise when I turn over. Absolutely no wiggle or squeak. I'm a big and tall person so this is saying a lot. 5'11 220lbs.

It looks beautiful but it was hard to put together and it is hard to make as the mattress to the frame is very tight. That being said, we love it.

Works great but wish the vertical slats stayed in better when assembling. Can be tedious as they tend to fall out.
Nice day bed.

Easy to put together with 2 people
Very well built. We'll get years of use out of this daybed. Easy to put together with 2 people.
