We upgraded to a king size bed and I researched bed frames quite a bit, and landed on this one. The quality is aming, and I love that out of the box all of the other pieces are stored in the back of the headboard. Assembly was easy with two people. Packaging was creative and I LOVE that it comes with a ratcheting wrench to make assembly that much easier!! Also had fun little cards included. Just a nice little touch. The slats for the bottom are already all attached together and just unroll. The only thing Id do differently is attach the wings onto the headboard before building the rest of the frame. The holes are inside the back of the zippered storage area on the back of the headboard, and would have been easier if we didnt have to move the whole frame forward to reach the holes for the bolts. Other than that, weve been sleeping on it for a few months now and are very satisfied! I highly recommend this brand!
Im writing this negative review because the headboard support bar (part E) is defective and the holes wont line up for the screw to go in. I immediately reached out to the manufacturer for a new part. The representative I chatted with stated hed send my request to their Tier 2 team and that theyd respond back within 24/48 hrs. After no response 5 days later, I called them for an update. The representative said my request never got submitted to their Tier 2 team and I was told someone would contact me soon. The next day I received an email from a representative asking for photos of the maual, defective part and proof of purchase. I sent what they needed right away and their auto response email stayed Id hear back within 24/48 hrs. It has now been a week since I provided what they needed and still no response. Now I have to repackage this extremely heavy box and ship it back for a refund. Horrible customer service and a poor quality product. I highly recommend you purchase your products elsewhere!

I took a risk on this product and I actually liked it after I put it together. It is low to the ground but i prefer that so it doesnt look bulky. I would recommend it!
I ordered this several weeks back and kept calling ups to get a delivery update. Every time after being transferred and put on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes, I got the same answer / its out for delivery. Took several days off work because the update said / attempted delivery today at 9am. Long story short I had to rent a uhaul truck and drive 45min to pick it up. If I wanted to go shopping for a bed I would have, I wanted it delivered to my front door. Very disappointed!
Well designed. Easy to assemble. Its a gorgeous piece of furniture. Modern, but classic. We opted out of the side wings because space was limited. As you can see, our cats love it!
I absolutely love this company. They designed this frame so thoughtfully/ it was a breeze to assemble. It didnt take more than 45 mins to complete. The box was super heavy and tall, it took 3 people to bring it in inside. Id suggest installing the side wings when youre behind the headboard securing the base rather than leaving it as the last step. The fabric is great quality, the headboard is soft yet sturdy. Overall Im extremely pleased with this purchase.
