I really like the chair. It is comfy, nice looking....but....why are there TWO creases in the cushion seat? It was if the cushion was either folded or some heavy object was placed on it prior to shipping. Unfortunately, this defect undermines the quality of the product, not from the aesthetic point of view but in the firmness of the seat.
UPDATE: s excellent customer service promptly replaced the whole chair....BUT as it turns out those creases are IN FACT a feature of the cushion, since in a matter of two days they reappeared on the new unit. I just hope that six months from now the cushion will not give way and deflate miserably. Stay tuned.
UPDATE: NOPE!!! second chair has the same exact problem.....
Loved this chair. It was perfect but the ottoman was too, too big so it had to go back. Wish there had been the option of a smaller ottoman in this color but there wasnt. I ordered a different chair and ottoman in this brand and they havent arrived yet but I have no doubt I will love them because they are similar with smaller ottoman and the same brand. Chair was super comfortable, really good looking but very big.
We just got this today so I will update if any issues come up in the future, but as of now we all LOVE IT! This thing is massive! Its a huge comfortable ottoman in a great neutral color. The fabric is soft and seem durable, my 4 year old already got a smear of something on it and it wiped right off with a baby wipe. It seems to be great quality and delivery was fine, no issues. It actually came several days early ( we opted for porch drop off so that might be why, We didnt schedule a time) Two thumbs way up so far!
Edit: still love it! It’s held up to 2 dogs and 2 kids plus my husband and I always fighting over who gets to sit in the good place on the sofa. It still looks as good as the day we got it. Anything that has gotten on it cleans right off. We seriously love it!
Purchased the sofa and ottoman. Delivery was quick, but there were marks on the cushions, and we had to get them replaced. The seats were harder than we expected, and didnt soften up, so in the end we returned both items.

Seems like a great fabric that is tough on stains and dog fur seems to brush off much better than other sofas similar in nature and fabric (think Sunbrella fabric that sucks fur to it). The tan linen type color is great. The cushions and firm but not hard. The cushions all can be removed. The sofa is heavy with the cushions on it. This seems to indicate it’s well made. It is pricey but I think it’ll last a long time. It can fit two people for movie time both laying side by side.

I know the size is listed in the description, but until you see this immense ottoman in person, you cant truly appreciate how big it is. It could probably double as a day bed. Way too big for most rooms.

Too Big!
Hate that it is so huge! They should over a smaller ottoman to go with the oversized chair! Slate Color and comfort are nice though!
