Easy to assemble, arrived safely and quickly. They are incredibly comfortable and seem solid. Love the fact that they're not stainless or shiny. The matt black fits perfectly.
Pictures are tough when buying furniture. My daughter and I overruled mom so we got these for our counter.
I put 2 together my daughters eyes popped, now I cant get her rear out of the seat.
I had some isssues with a set of chairs, but QC Control is so hard to watch over on another country.
Im sure CS will make sure its right.

If the chairs were received in proper condition, I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars. However, one chair was received with damage both on the base, and on the metal rim around the seat back. It also makes a godawful squeal/grinding noise when swiveling; the swivel motion is not fluid as it should be.
The other chair is in generally good condition, and I am happy with it.
Update (4/12/2019): service representatives have been very timely and helpful. After confirming the condition of one of my bar stools, I was awarded a replacement stool at no cost. I believe I can safely recommend this product and its seller.
Completely agree with other reviews re: ease of assembly and GREAT style addition to my breakfast bar. Package was short 2 screws (82) but could not determine where they go (unless extras, which would be nice to have). Stool very stable in lower heights, a little wobbly when fully extended but you shouldn't be dancing on a chair anyway! Reason for 4-star rating is mostly the gas-driven hydraulic post ... it feels very sticky. I can't tell if it is operating properly, as it goes up and down but with much effort; up is much easier than down. Has anyone white-greased or WD-40'd the post? I don't want it TOO smooth, just a little help. It might simply be a little dry from manufacturer.
Otherwise, these are stylish, visually appealing and comfortable seats that do in fact adjust and swivel. Would not recommend for kids though (esp fully extended) as the base is not heavy enough to handle a little climber. :D
