Just received this bed. Have not received mattresses yet but this is a really well made bed. I purchased for my grandsons when they spend the night.
It was packaged very well. One scratch on the side but doesnt really show enough to send back.
No parts were missing and was easy to assemble.
The trundle underneath is on rollers and closes very well with no gaps.
There are six storage drawers that are deep enough for clothes or toys.
I researched a lot of beds before I found this one. I am really happy so far.
I would highly recommend this bed!
Product was delivered on time. Headboard was damaged. I called the company. There was no wait and they promised to replace the headboard. It arrived in about a week. The bed was easy to put together with good directions. All screws were included. It was better and sturdier than I expected. Very good customer service. Excellent price. We are very happy this product.
I originally bought this bed almost 2 years ago for my teenage son. It still looks great, no problems. My 17 year old who is 63 still fits comfortably in it. Now my 13 year old needed a new bed and he liked his brothers so much he wanted the same one. So I bought it again. It came without any damage and was fairly easy for my husband to put together.
Instructions were very confusing. It took over 4 hours to build because the instruction are for many versions of this model bed. Customer service line never answered. We havent even done the drawers!
I found it good solid product, easy to assemble, nice finishing, specially the USB mobile charging unit which can be attached with side of the bed as per convenience, it has two USB ports for charging.
We bought the twin trundle bed for my daughter in the color espresso. She is almost 5 and has been using the bed for a little over a year now. My mother who is in her 50s even likes to sleep on the trundle for sleepovers when she comes from out of town to visit. The color is really nice and matches all of our other espresso finish furniture. The bed is composed of mainly high quality pine, which is very important to me when buying furniture. I want it to last.
The bed was pretty quick and easy to assemble for my partner and I, and all of the pieces were packaged well and undamaged. I would say it was a great purchase for the money (I paid under $400 when I snagged it on sale) and it seems quite sturdy. I only wish I had bought two, as my 2 year old is about to outgrow his crib/toddler bed!
Id recommend this bed to anyone looking for a nice piece of affordable furniture for their childs room. I mean we all want nice furniture, but who is willing to pay those Pottery Barn prices?

Liked it so much I bought a second one

Honestly the best beds weve gotten. So easy to assemble and we werent expecting the beds to be as sturdy as they were. Very, very impressed!
