    Best gift ever

Got this on a whim for Fathers Day for my 97 year old Father. He loves it! I got it as a lift Chair but he loves the massage. My only problem is I have a hard time getting him out of it. His PT said a lot his patience sleep in chairs like this and if youre looking for comfort this should be you choice.

Much cheaper with more features than the medical supply store!

Much better than we expected. Delivered to our front door and saved expenses of store delivery. I compared the recliner to those found in our local medical supply store and found ours to be considerably cheaper and our recliner has more features.

    Excellent therapy for back pain

Bought this for my mom who has a few disc problems. Really helped her get comfortable. She used it whenever she over exerted herself and it was very comforting.

Great chair but some mechanical concerns

We got this chair roughly 4 months ago. Was super simple to put together, took 30 minutes I believe. My father in law is completely unable to walk on his own and we only had his wheelchair to spend time on during the day and it was wildly uncomfortable for him. He isnt allowed to do transfers or stand by himself whatsoever and he would do so constantly when his wheelchair was his only chair in his room. He immediately stopped trying to transfer back into bed because he was so much more comfortable. The lift feature on the chair is extremely helpful with his physical therapy exercises and with standing him up or cleaning him up. He is so comfortable in this chair that hes in for anywhere from 12 to 16 hours in a day that he sleeps harder in his chair than he does in his own bed, to the point where we had to buy new pillows to mimic the chair as much as possible when hes in bed, The cushions have yet to sink in from his constant use. He loves the massage and heating feature when hes not feeling great. The upholstery is super easy to clean and doesnt smell even after repeated, long usage. A few. ons, though. About 2 months in, the lift and recline feature started creaking when in motion, Each creak feels unstable and makes the chair almost rock in a way. I worry my father in law will try to use the lift feature and the chair will collapse. The massage remote is getting extremely annoying with the problems its having. One day, we woke up to the entire massage intensity button just missing completely. Theres not even a tab in there that can be pressed, its just an empty hole. The remote cord got wrapped around the lift mechanism one day and split in half. I was able to repair it but its annoying for it to happen anyway, and now weve lost a few inches of cord due to it being so mangled. Just a bummer.

    Chair is shorter than described

The chair arrived early and in good condition. Putting the chair together was easy with the exception of the wiring. The instructions were in pictures only and I could have used a little more help like actual words. Lastly the chair is smaller than described I am 53 and my heels hang off the bottom of the foot rest approx. 1 inch and I believe the product description states it fits adults up to 57 which I guess could be true if you dont mind your feet hanging off the bottom.

    Comfy and cozy chair!

My chair arrived in good condition. We could not find the directions or the two remotes at first. The remotes were under the chair, hidden away, and the directions were in one of the two boxes, but hard to find, too. The cream vinyl looks good. The heat is great. The massage feels good, but it makes a growling noise. The up/and/down remote has green lights, which can be like nightlights if you leave it up on the seat. You must keep the two heavy boxes to return with warranty, so you need a place to store them. All in all, Im quite happy with it.

My dad loves this chair/ it helps him significantly

I am not someone who like to assemble anything but this chair is so easy to put together. I followed a video on YouTube and did it in less than 15 minutes!

You get what you pay for.

I bought this recliner 23 months ago. It has done exactly what it said it would do. It is comfortable and nice looking. Aside from that it is not going to hold up for years like furniture made in the 50s and 60s, but it will last 5 to 10 years with good care. Ive had to touch up a few spots with vinyl repair because of grandkids and a very annoying cat. I just recently had to contact customer service because I pinched the heat and vibrate controller and rendered it useless. This is something you need to be aware of and be careful youre not coming down on the cord. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a new controller. They let me know it was out of warranty and it would be $25. I was okay with that. The first one they sent was a badly reconditioned controller. Upon receipt I contacted them to let them know I wasnt happy. They immediately sent out a brand new controller. So to sum it up, the chair is exactly what you paid for, nothing more, nor less. Their customer service on the other hand is top notch. If youre looking for something to last 20/ 50 years dont buy it, but if you need a lift chair with heat and massage for your elderly parents its a good investment.
