Love it. It comes in handy when the grandkids come for a visit which is what it was purchased for. It does help to have 2 people to put together. I bought regular twin size mattress for a 3 beds the only problem in doing that is having to lift the bed to get the slide out bed underneath. My suggestion would be to get a bunkie mattress at least for this part.

The bed is just as described. We bought the full size bed(gray) with twin trundle. Very happy with bed but,the trundle bed wheels do not Lock. Therefore if you have low profile carpet, or worse- hardwood floors or tile—- it is a serious hazard. I was trying to put sheets on bed when we bought it and the trundle flew out. Thankfully it was me and not a child. Needles to say we have not used the trundle as you cannot sleep on it as any movement will move it(we have tile floors.) We are in the process of looking for stoppers for the runaway trundle. I just wish they would add locks to trundle as trundle beds are usually used in childrens rooms.
A warning would be nice from manufacturer.

Bunk bed is very easy to install by ones self. Pretty sturdy and even the little pull out thing holds my weight well.
Missing trundle accessories
