My son and I set this up 2 days ago for it to become my bed in a tiny space. Was hoping I would be pleased enough to make this my permanent bed when I move into my in/law quarters in the next couple years. EVERYTHING I was hoping for it is and so much more. I couldnt be more pleased with the purchase than what I am. It works perfectly for the storage I needed along with the ability to perfectly fit into a bedroom half the size that I had. I absolutely love this sofa/bed. Its been 18 months since Ive slept as good and pain free as what I have the last 2 nights. I will highly recommend this.
Weve had it months. Seems to be doing okay. I will mention the joints where you slide the armrests in are not as tight as at first. Im a little uncertain of whether or not the cushion seating will eventually start revealing bumps and edges. Time will tell. Keep in mind, this is not a plush couch. Personally, I would rather the guest couch be a bit firm.
Bought this for my daughters bedroom in a house she shares with 4 other girls in college. It is appealing to the eye, and fits perfectly in my daughters bedroom. However, the sofa is over priced for what you get. Its not very sturdy, and the mechanisms used to open and close the bed feel as though they will break off if you use to much pressure opening and closing. My husband has to go to my daughters at least once a month to tighten up all the bolts and screws. After a year my daughter sold it for 100, and we bought her one that looked and functioned the same, only a lot nicer, sturdier, and overall built better than this one. Honestly, if I saw this in person before I bought it, I would have expected to pay half the price I bought it for, or I would not have bought it. Such is life when one buys online sight not seen.
I absolutely love this couch. I love that it pulls out into a sleeper and has extra storage in the chaise. It is on the firm side, which I kind of like, but you may not if you prefer a soft couch. It is also not very deep, but since you can pull it out I dont consider it to be much of a problem.
It took about 1/2 hours (working slowly) to assemble. It came via FedEx and the driver even carried it inside the door. Everything arrived in good shape. The directions were easy to follow and all of the hardware was bagged up.
The couch is very firm which is why I gave it 4 stars for comfort. Its a really nice piece of furniture.

The sofa is comfortable but the reason Im giving is a two star review is because the company would not get back to me. I emailed their customer service twice to say the bottom piece was broken. I set it up correctly, with the sectional piece on the side shown on the website. The underneath bed section would not roll out. I contacted the company to ask for help. No reply or response at all from them. When I change the sectional side to the other side, it then fit in. Overall this is a great sofa, looks good. I just have to have the sectional part on the other side, not what I wanted.
My recommendation is to treat your customers well and communicate with them.
You do need two people to assemble easier just so the clips line up correctly. Took a little bit to break in but the cushions are softening. It is a small couch but I bought it for its ability to extend and when the couch is extended it makes a perfect couch for family movies!
Poor quality. In general its ok, but some parts are very week, and the bolts do not support the structure. Im not sure for how long I will be able to use this sofa.

No customer service for issues / no response from company
