    ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

    Certainly not my best experience ordering furniture from . To start, I was asked to provide a phone number so that I could be contacted upon delivery under the impression that I would be called when the shipment was en route... Not only was I never called, but my shipment was dropped off down the street and literally sat there all morning without my knowledge!! My property manager could have forwarded me a violation easily if I didnt already have a good relationship with them! But, in any case, its apparently possible that it could be dropped off much earlier to you and you would never know it. Upon opening the box, I noticed damage incurred by one part of the sofa that appeared to be ripped apart at the threading in one spot and possibly cut with a knife in another spot. Also I emptied the entire contents of both boxes and checked every nook and cranny of the sofa set and it appears that no instructions were sent with the furniture which means I basically gotta figure it out. The legs and headrests were simple enough to figure out, but figuring out how to install the foldout bars on the pullout cushion is gonna be hell without instructions telling me exactly how to do it. Judging by the other reviews, Im actually kinda nervous about returning the sofa due to the damages for a full replacement feeling as if I may be better off just cutting my losses and patching up the damages I have on my own. The best I could hope for at this point is calling directly and hoping I can have some of my money refunded. The quality of the sofa itself does feel pretty solid and seems like itll last a long while considering the cost, but the customer service could indisputably use some serious work!

    I love my new sectional sofa sleeper couch it's just what I needed and it is sooo beautiful does it come in any other color ? My family and friends wanted to know just where I got it from I told them you just got to get their app and see all the wonderful things they got at a very reasonable price, thanks

    Awesome couch.

    What a beautiful couch. At first I thought we were missing parts and that they didn't give me the pull out bed I paid for.... But, after looking further I found a zipper on the back of the lounger chaise part. In there not only did we find the the headrests, but the parts for the bed were there also. It has the most awesome way to pull out for the bed. Couch is very elegant looking. So glad I purchased this one.

    Hassle to receive an OK couch

    I'll begin by saying you get what you pay for with this couch. It's a bit stiff but I assume it will loosen up over time. And for anyone wondering the head rests are more of a shoulder rest for an adult- unless you have the pull-out section set up and are sort of laying on the couch, then it's a head rest. The fabric quality seems decent, it collects smudges quite easily but we have 4 kids and a dog, so maybe you won't have that much of an issue. Finally, the build quality feels pretty cheap, but as I said to begin with, you get what you pay for here. Now I'll explain my 2 stars. When I ordered the couch I was given a tracking number and an estimated shipping window. Which was about 2 weeks out. The tracking number never worked, it appeared like it didn't exist. When the first day of the shipping window arrived and I hadn't heard anything from anyone I emailed the seller. They told me that my shipment was no longer showing movement (whatever that means.. someone lost an entire couch??) and asked if I wanted a refund or ship another one. We needed a couch so I asked for another shipment. This time the shipping window was 1 week out, and the tracking number worked. The shipment company, which I should name but I'll be nice and won't, called me 1 day before the first day of the window to set up a delivery appointment (ensuring someone would be home to receive it). I had to confirm with my girlfriend so I asked if I could call back. So I confirmed and called back, it was not a direct line to who I was just speaking to. I ended up talking to someone else who just kind of brushed me off as if the appointment was already made. The next day (delivery day) the shipping company called me again asking to set up an appointment. It was the same person who had called me the first time- I asked isn't it being delivered today? No one called back to confirm the appointment I did call back and talked to someone else well I'm sorry they didn't write it down, I can set you up for tomorrow. I'm not doing the call back thing again so I just said yes tomorrow and took off work so I could be there. The couch was delivered that day and unfortunately, not in perfect condition. The pull out section has a few scrapes into the fabric but you can't see them when it is under the couch. The couch itself has a small rip by one of the outside feet that sticks out like a sore thumb, but I think with some black tape I could probably hide it decently well. All said and done, it took about a month to receive a couch with tears in it.
