    Frustrating to put together

This ended up being really frustrating to put together. The screws were hard to put in, especially with the small Allen key provided. Also the wood plugs provided wouldn't stay in no matter how hard I pushed. Hammer didnt work either so I'm having to glue them in.

    Very good quality

A really good product if you are ready to spend some time assembling the parts

It is just the right size

I use it in the kitchen while I', and the stove/range I need to sit sometimes and it is just perfect for my needs. However my cat thinks it is just for her.

    Sturdy, good quality stool

This is a great stool that is just the right height for my wife to sit on while doing things in the kitchen. She has a bad knee so she cannot stand for long periods of time and this has helped immensely.

    Assembly required

Nice stool with transparent finish, but it was hard to put together. Finally ended up using power tools. Not recommended for hand assembly by persons with arthritis (me)! I had to get help.

    Screws/Holes issues

Wood seems to be of good quality and looks nice, but screws and holes have issues. I have screws sticking out from the wood legs because they will not go in all the way. Sturdyness is suspect. Not sure where it came from but my wild guess is China. Too much of a hassle to return an item this bulky so will just keep it.

    Nice, sturdy stool

This is a well made product and the finish is excellent. That being said, the pre-drilled holes for the assembly screws are very tight. Getting the screws tightened all the way in was difficult with the provided allen wrench. It would be especially difficult for small hands. I would suggest using a wrench with a longer arm for more leverage, or an electric drill if you have allen head tips for it.

    Great Piece

Good and Sturdy. And easy to assemble and contrary to other reviewer ,screw are big and allen wrench small, but what u do is with a drill bit u make the holes just a pinch bigger and they go right in with the small Allen wrench. and i was lucky that my drill set has a allen wrench bit so it was simple to put togther . Sometime u have to be incline to using other method to get around things.

    Sturdy stool

Is was a little difficult lining up some of the screws. Also, there were no instructions how to attach the small wooden pegs that cover the screw holes. Glue maybe? Tapping them with a hammer didnt help.
