This daybed with trundle arrived on time it took a few hours to assemble, as expected. Its very sturdy snd heavy wood looks great in my guest room!
My 14 year old grandkid has been sleeping on it loves it- sleeping very well.
I just ordered the 9 inch cool gel foam mattress for the trundle, which very smoothly pulls in and out (the frame).
I live in a 2 bedroom apartment, so when I have guests, I now can offer another bed, instead of getting out the cot in the living room!
We wanted a wood trundle bed for my daughters room and they were all well over $300. This one was the cheapest we could find that still looked decent quality. It was easy for my husband to put together and is a really great product.
The bed arrived with no hardware. I spent hours on the chat line with someone from , who first questioned whether the hardware was supposed to be included. I had to explain why I thought it should be (it was listed on the product inventory!), she didnt seem to have access to any info as to whether it should be. If I hadnt persisted I dont think shed have gotten in touch with the company to send me the missing hardware either. I would have had to do that. She claimed preferred if the customer did. I said it wasnt my mistake so I shouldnt have to deal with that. She said it wasnt theirs either. I said maybe not, but its your (s) reputation. She finally got in touch with them, and they with me and I received the hardware within a few days from . The rep also discounted the bed. And I do like it. Seems pretty sturdy, and its working well so far. The trundle wheels out easily even on thick carpet.
Love the bed and feel quality matches price. Exactly what we were looking for. To note: directions say you only need handheld phillips and flat head screwdriver but without a drill youll be at it forever, Id imagine. Mine had minor imperfections...a scratched (not badly) surface here or there. A weird paint splotch, not too noticeable. My 8.5/9 mattress does not slide in and out. I had to lift the bed a bit and place it under...since we will rarely use, no big deal but be aware you need a thin mattress for it to roll in and out easily.
The daybed was delivered on time. I did not put it together, but the person that completed the task had no problems putting it together. It is sturdy and fit well in the space. The only thing I would change is that hardware is shiny, gold and are visible in some places where it would have been nice to have them covered or not as noticeable. Except for my pets sleeping on the daybed, we havent had a human use it yet. I think it will make great extra sleeping accommodations for guests.
Nice overall. One pilot hole was way off, a bit of bowing in the rear planks made assembly difficult. But it looks nice, and so far, is solid. There are numbered stickers for the pieces, that were difficult to remove... And the wood is whiskered. So solid, but not? A picture of that attatched.

Its looks good but you have to be very careful it come with some scratches and dent but not bad for 299.99

If youre not a pro and you follow the instruction its hard to assemble. It took me hours. The instructions lead me wrong!
