The directions are very vague. Took 3 people and 8 hours to assemble. Some of the pieces were damaged, thank God we could hide that. Really wish we could've picked which end the stairs could go on. This does seem sturdy so far. The drawer underneath is one large drawer, not on a track and is kinda awkward. It will serve the purpose, but definitely dissatisfied considering the price I was expecting a little better quality. Holes didn't always line up. Very hard to assemble and time consuming.
It took my husband a few days to put the bed together (he only worked a couple hours per day). In the end, the bed looked really nice. Like the other reviews mentioned, it takes a while to put together. My girls love it and I would recommend.
I want to mention that the company are very professional and they are taking care of their products. When they know that I have some problems in fixing the bed well, they contacted me and followed up with me on a daily basis to get everything done correctly.
The bed is huge and very stable that can fit my 9 years old daughter on the second floor. The main obstacle is that it need some professionalism in the assembling and The catalog needs to be improved significantly.
I would love to by their products again and deal with them because they appreciate their customers

We purchased this bed because the other bed on another website was sold out for an unforeseen amount of time. The only plush is that this came with more storage. But in the end, it was a headache and the product left a little to be desired.
Receiving the product took some time as it is shipped out in separate boxes. The assembling of the product overall took maybe 2 days (had to work so will take maybe 1 day with free time) and the parts were all available. There was one screw that seemed worn and we could not use it but it didn't end up being much of an issue. Admittedly, we were worried about the top bunk holding weight but seems like it is doing fine so far! Fair warning, if you have a thick full mattress you may not have much head space. Learned that the hard way lol.

However, we had to buy an additional board to place on the top bed to ensure it doesnt break. The material couldve been better and sturdier for this value. Im glad we found a solution for that instead of returning it.
It has taken us DAYS to have time to put this monster of a bed together. We did have some issues with some holes lining up- luckily we have tools to help correct the couple we had issues with. If you mess up and dont pay attention to which parts are supposed to be facing the right direction- you will have to take the ENTIRE thing apart to fix it. I wish the hardware was labeled better and correctly? Seemed that none of the numbers matched the right hardware pieces. Some of the wood was warped so that was fun to put together without cracking.

I dislike the ladder. I added a metal box spring with that it didnt fit properly.
