    The customer service is excellent!

I had this chair replaced because I was a bit too tall for it, but if I was shorter, I have no doubt it would've been a great chair! Problems did occur when disassembling it, but their customer service helped me out tremendously during this process! So if you ever have a problem with this chair, be sure to contact them!

    1 Year Update

After 1 year: The seat pad has broken down completely on the left side, now my spine and hip are out of alignment. When I get out of the chair I can see the area where the pad has broken down. The lean back tension is minimal from min-max. I'm already looking for a replacement chair. Chair isn't terrible but don't be surprised if the padding breaks down in 1 year. Review upon receiving: I will admit, I was skeptical of this chair. But I'm glad my skepticism was wrong! This chair is comfortable! I don't know why some of the reviews are saying the seat is hard, it's definitely not; granted it's not squishy like a memory foam pillow but it definitely is soft even after 10 hours of work. I think some forget this chair is about ergonomics. You need support and those wanting a super squishy chair need to remember this isn't a Herman Miller chair, its under $200 when I purchased it. Yes, the recline lock is a bit tricky but you just have to learn how it operates but it works fine. Lumbar support is good, headrest aligns regardless what recline you are in. I'm and average 5'10 male with some extra insulation 200lbs due to working from home since March due to COVID-19. I was able to assemble the chair in about 20 minutes and I am fairly mechanically inclined but it's very straight forward and instructions are easy to understand. Better than Ikea for sure! Headrest has a little padding, armrests are padded too. During assembly you have around 1 of adjustment on each armrest width and the depth of the chair back to really dial in the chair. Rollerblade wheels work great for my hardwood floors and the base is metal. If debating between this and other $200 range chairs, I'd gor for this one over majority of others. Also arrived in 4 days even though it said 1.5 weeks.

    Love the chair

Love this chair. Bought it for my home office; easy to assemble and very comfortable. Better than my real office chair that Im sure cost my company $600!

    Good seat, comfortable

I had a chair with a mesh seat, but it tended to sag in the middle. The seat on this chair is very comfortable. The adjustable features on the chair work well for me. I am very happy with it. I prices chairs costing double and triple the price a office stores that were not as comfortable as this chair.

good for long hours of sitting

I am currently a student, and due to the pandemic COVID19, we have to sit in our seat for long hours for our lectures. There are days where lectures are from 8am-8pm, which can be really tough. It is very important to get a chair that is comfortable enough for all these hours of sitting. I think this chair is very comfortable, and can help with any back pain for the prolonged hours. It has a good back support, so you are not feeling tired at the end of the day.

    Way too hard

I was excited to receive the chair and it actually showed up early. It appeared and felt well constructed. Assembly was easy and straight forward... Then I sat down, the seat is extremely hard and uncomfortable. I gave it an extra star only because the parts seem sturdy and it arrived early. Other than than very disappointed..... Do not recommend

Great Chair for the home office

Working from home regularly now, so I needed a chair that could support 8 hour work days better than my wooden kitchen chairs. This chair has been great! The directions are clear to assemble. The chair rolls very smoothly over carpet and hard flooring alike. Would be great for any home office!

Excellent ergonomic chair, best all around

This chair is wonderful all around for my back and bottom and neck. There are many adjustable areas. Very comfortable, versatile.. Moves effortlessly. I must say the wheels are so smooth the have a mind of their own. They will roll you right out the door! Lol. Dont think of putting a smooth desk mat! Wheels super quiet. My son put it together in 20 minutes. All tools included. Staff have been excellent with helping me. Recommend highly.
