I spend most of my time in front of computer, it really helps with my back and neck pain issue. With this price, I get a ergonomics chair. It is easy to install, with clear instructions, tool set and spair screws. Worth the price.
2 out of the 3 screws that go into the back of the chair after assembling into the mount in the seat had bad threaded plugs which pushed the plugs through the plastic it was mounted in... 1 of the threaded plugs into the arm rest also had bad threads... I would leave a 1 star review but the chair is decent, just very poor quality with its assembly.
The only considerable difference between this chair and my $45 Ikea chair is its being more beautiful!!
Cons:
The seat is tooo uncomfortable. I had to spend another 25 box in order to buy a cushion. I am less than 160 pounds (78 kg) but still I feel very uncomfortable when sitting on this chair.
The back is not that much ergonomic and does not provide enough support for shoulders and spine. No way it can be seen as a real ergonomic chair.
The minimum height is not low enough if you are using a keyboard bracket attached to your desk. It would be much more comfortable if it could go lower for even 1 (approx. 2.5 CM).
The arm rest is too basic and hard to remove. There are much cheaper chairs in the market that offer more advanced features for the arm rest.
The back cannot be adjusted to a right angle (or close to that). So it won't help you to sit straight.
Pros:
The build is solid and high-quality material have been used (per my understanding).
It looks very good and high-class.
The shipping and packaging was good and item received in very good conditions earlier than the promised date.
not as comfortable as a cheaper chair I had been using - could not seem to find the correct comfort setting and arms do not lower enough to go under my keyboard tray
First, I want to say the chair feels well built. It seems it will last me a very long time. I had no trouble putting it together. But, I have found for me, the arms do not lower far enough down to have a comfortable mousing position. Similarly, I could not bring them in close enough to my body (using the screw adjustments under the chair) to put my arms in the ideal position. I have supplemented the chair with a cocyx pillow that raises me up just high enough, that puts my arms in a better position.
I consider myself of average height, nether tall nor short. This chair seems like it may be designed for a person of taller and larger build than me.
Just couldn't bring myself to spend $800 or more for a chair when you shouldn't be sitting that much anyway. This is a big improvement to my older home office chair, and probably better than my chair at work. Good support. The 'hard' seat is personal preference. Certainly not harder than my Allroad I traded a while back. The assembly one-pager is a little amusing in translation. No reference to left right on the illustration but its your left right while sitting. 'Shim' is a horrible translation for washer, but it's just a few screws and washers and you're good. There is a plastic/fabric smell. I'd open up the seat in particular and let it air if you smell sensitive.

Disappointed

Not as adjustable as I'd like.
