It has a strong and comfortable support to my back, it is also adjustable when the chair is in different position. The base is well made of solid steel material, the wheels are very easy to move around. The best part is the neck support! This is my first chair with neck support, it feels amazing! I love it! The instruction was ok, it took us about an hour to finish, we will recommend this chair to friends.
What a beautiful chair. Very simple instructions and easy to put together. Did it in about 10 minutes. Very comfortable padded chair. It reclines goes up and down to adjust the height and it has an adjustable lumbar. Love it. What a great buy.

I like the aluminum base, it is strong and durable, the chair was easy to assemble, it is not too heavy. It also has an adjustable headrest, back support, and armrests. The chair also rolled very smoothly and quietly. The chair is comfortable and seems like that it is well built.
