Excellent product. as advertised. One small glitch as one of the base pieces was shipped incorrectly. Customer service took care of it promptly and shipped me the correct piece.
I purchased the umbrella to shade a spa from harsh sun and it works wonderfully. It states 95 of harmful rays are blocked and it certainly seems so after a couple of weeks use. Putting it together was simple as well as bolting to the deck and Ive purchased a cover to protect it when not in use.
What a great product! Truly easy to unpack and assemble! Looks and functions like a high quality piece. We looked at similar products at the big box stores for more , and we are so glad we chose this one!
Its quality product, product arrived on schedule and packaging was good. though i didnt buy the base weight but used a tent stakes to nail to the ground. product is as advertised and feels like a good quality.
it has multiple adjustment on height/coverage area and ability to rotate the base is awesome !
Replaced a very expensive, hard to operate umbrella with this one. The Redwood is very easy to assemble and super easy to operate. One issue, make sure you order the LARGE base, not the medium. This was not clear when we ordered and we ordered the medium by accident. Still waiting on the large base to restock.

Best feature 360 degree rotation
So far sturdy. Easy to assemble. Best feature is ability to rotate canopy 360 degrees. Be sure to buy the correct base and weight it properly.
