We received the umbrella and immediately found scratches and dents on the pole, and a loose screw in the box. Once we put it together, we noticed that two of the two/tier pieces that hold the two/tier piece together with the whole umbrella were broken. We contacted the company right away. And, they sent us a brand new one.
The new one arrived and had minor scratches but intact.
This umbrella is beautiful! It is super easy to maneuver and change angles and positions all the time.
PS You definitely need two people to put the umbrella together.

Weve had this umbrella for a bit now. Unfortunately, we have found it rotates quite a bit (6/10 inches) even with a slight breeze. Meaning that the umbrella isnt static. As it moves, it hits the side of the house and then it becomes stuck. Weve learned to live with it. But, just be aware.
Solid as can be. Love the flexibility it offers / it tilts up, down, left, right, and even turns to shade an entirely separate portion of the deck. Needed two people to assemble, as the heavy upper portion needs to be raised pretty high to slip it into the lower portion. And a tip: If you buy the separate weighted base, assemble the weighted base before you put the top part of the umbrella onto the standard base. Theres a finishing plate that sits on top of the weighted base but if, like me, you assemble the entire umbrella first, you cant fit the finishing plate on anymore.

Came very quickly and assembly was straight forward by myself. This umbrella is enormous. Super easy to pivot to cover different seating areas. Expensive but way sturdier than other patio umbrellas. Wish the weighted base was in stock but Im gonna try a generic one. Right now Ive just got two bags of sand holding it.

Easy to assemble and seems sturdy and easy to use
Just put it up and it seems great. We will see how it handles the strong winds that we get.
