When I received the umbrella, I was shocked at how robust the structure of the umbrella was. Compared to previous patio umbrellas (the last one broke in less than a year), the pole was twice as thick. It was very easy to setup. This is a good example on why spending a little more for quality is well worth it.
Easy assembly, seems sturdy so far. Have it by our pool for those that need shade. Love the 2 tier for when its windy out. I want to bolt it to the concrete but need to decide where, so for now I have sand weighted base on it.
This was the perfect product to complement our deck. Before our deck was too hot now with the sun protection, we can finally use our deck. The base is very sturdy. We used sand to fill our base and havent had any problems. The tilt function is aming and its easy to position. Would highly recommend.
Bought this as a replacement to one I recently bought at Home Depot (didnt last 2 weeks). My old one wasnt tiered and the wind tore it up pretty quickly. I dont have a problem with this one, since the wind can go right through. We used pavers for the bottom and it worked out great. Dont hesitate if you are looking for a HIGH QUALITY large umbrella, Im sure glad I didnt.
