We needed something to give our pool some shade from the afternoon sun in Florida. This umbrella works perfectly. We ordered the 11 ft 2 tier umbrella in aruba blue and the large base. It looks beautiful, easily adjustable, and with the large 4 piece base is super sturdy. easy to assemble but you really need 2 people.
I would like to revise my feedback and say that this seller delivered great on customer service and Id purchase from them again. My umbrella had the little bearing pushed in, no fault of the seller, they did 100 great after the sale service. Other than the bearing it is a great quality umbrella made with great canvas material.
Gives us the shade we need in our outdoor living space. Love that it swivels and 11 covers a wide area. Its been a week and time will tell if the mechanisms to open/close and swivel hold up over time. The only complaint is the burgundy color is actually a true red.
I received this umbrella and its nicely looking and very well built. I received umbrella with missing part but customer service is great. I contacted them and they agree to send missing part quickly. Overall expertise great with this umbrella
Very easy to assemble (had my grandson help me insert it in stand / easy but heavy). Held up in some stiff breezes with bluestone 15x15x2 sections which I used on my old umbrella. There is a little sway, but no more than the old smaller rectangular umbrella I had on our deck. We consider this a good value for the money!
Very happy. Easy to assemble. Very smooth and easy to both rotate and raise and lower the umbrella. I ended up attaching it to my wood deck with 8 lag screws. Holes are provided. No movement from the base. The top does seem to twist and move in windy (10mph) gusts. It could be designed this way. As I was reading the directions there were freebies offered if you texted a code. One extended the warranty to 3 years and the other was a free cover. Very cool. HoweverI am 54 and even with the provided extension hanger, I cant get it on without a chair.
