    Very good product

I am very happy with my purchase. Delivery was on time and there was no damage. The product is well made and the components are high quality. Assembly and directions were straight forward. The umbrella is easy to open an close. I elected to bolt the cross/stand directly to my deck for better stability and not deal with buying a separate base. However, in doing this I obviously gave up the option of moving the umbrella. As another rewiewer mentioned, the umbrella does rotate somewhat in moderate winds. It seems that the 360° revolving mechanism has a little too much play when set. They should design it to be tighter. To help deal with the wind I drilled holes near the ends of the four main canopy support beams and mounted D/hinges. When the winds are moderate I secure two corners of the umbrella to the house with bungee cords. When the winds are stronger, I secure all four corners. See pictures. This system works great and even heavy winds arent a problem, but it did take some minor handy work. To be fair, I probably would have needed to do this with any umbrella I bought since they are all affected by wind. Overall this is a very good product and I am pleased with the purchase. I would definitely buy it again.

    Easy Setip

6 bolts to install. Pretty easy. Get the base since it will need one. Filled ours with sand. came through best price and UPS dropped it off. Need two to pick top up for sure.

Missing parts. No crank handles or bolts for base.

Missing parts and arrived in a pretty damaged box. Unable to use the umbrella. Very frustrating.

    Absolutely Terrible Packaging UPDATED

I actually really like the product itself. The quality isnt as fine as you would expect for the price, but it is sturdy and that is what counts. There was a MASSIVE hole in the box and you could see the product inside. I thought for sure there would be parts missing, but I got lucky. As a result the main rail was scratched and dented along with the rail that tilts the umbrella. The damage was only cosmetic and there wasnt a chance I was going to try and repackage it and take it to the UPS store. I wish they would at least provide a partial refund for the damage. I cant believe they packaged such a heavy and oversized item so poorly. UPDATED 6/29/22 The customer service is remarkable. The company contacted me and offered to send a replacement umbrella without me having to return the current one, or a full refund. They were extremely kind and helpful. As I didnt need another umbrella I chose the full refund. They really do care about their product and customers.

I love this umbrella, it covers so much area and you can follow the sun so it is always shady no matter what time of day.

Older people and ladies might need help with the assembly

Assembly can be awkward. The product comes in basically three pieces/two cross pieces for the base, a vertical piece which the two cross pieces bolt to and the umbrella assembly itself. You have two choices; assemble the base, lift the umbrella then drop it into the base or lay the umbrella on its side (maybe sawhorses) and assemble the base to the umbrella then lift the whole thing vertical. I chose the lift and drop method but it was VERY awkward for one older person because the umbrella itself is top heavy. I did get it together then found that the piece that covers the connection point was on upside down (third photo) which covered one of the bolt holes. Had to lift out, flip the cover and reinsert. At that point I should have gone to the horizontal insert method but was too stubborn. The first photo shows the weighted base I bought/the version. Easy to fill with water and seem heavy enough for our winds here in the mountains. However, the base crosspieces do come with predrilled holes (photo 4) on both sides of the cross brace and on the top/the top one for a carriage bolt and the side ones for screws I guess. If you know the unit will stay where it is it could be screwed or bolted to the deck or concrete pad. Remove the umbrella in the winter and leave the base installed. I used four carriage bolts to bolt the base to my trex deck.

    This is a fantastic umbrella

We purchased two of The umbrellas the 11 ft cantilevered. We also bought the two stands that are weighted to keep them from tipping over. We love both products. We especially like how you can adjust the angle and the direction of the umbrella. Were going to love these for years to come.

    Heavy duty

I love everything about this umbrella from the easy 360 degree spin around function, easy open and close, the strong aluminum pole and the heavy material used for umbrella top itself. I am a satisfied customer.
