Honestly, Ive been ordering furniture for an entire condo over the past few weeks. This is by far the highest quality piece of furniture I have ordered. The panels arent compressed wood with vaneer. Its real solid stained wood. Its a solid piece of furniture, like you actually got it from a carpenter. You will literally feel the difference in this product when you first pick it up. Assembly was the most straight forward I have seen yet. there are additional steps that you wouldnt normally see like Ting up the doors to make sure they are perfectly symmetrical but its not essential. The product has forward/front arrows on each panel so you dont spend hours looking at little details to figure out what direction they go in. They also separate the extra Assembly hardware so you are not wondering if you didnt assemble it properly when your looking at extra screws in your hand (something I have not seen done before). The ONLY negative I could think of with this is the stain smell was a little strong when we took it out of the box and my wife is pregnant, quick fix just open it up for the first time outside. I wish all of the Furniture in my home was of this quality. Serious Kudos to whoever is making this thing...
OVERALL: I love these Cabinets! First let me tell you this product comes very well packaged! A lot of put together yourself type furniture is poorly packaged and pieces come damaged because the boxes get damaged in transit. Not this product! This is comes in extremely sturdy packaging so it arrives in great shape. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand. Several reviews I read talked about splitting wood and stripping parts. As with any product like this...dont over tighten or you will strip screws. There are a few places that didnt have pre-drilled holes (the back boards and the door magnet) I highly recommend you pre-drill these yourself to avoid splitting. Both areas are screwing into some areas close to edges and susceptible to splitting. I just put two of these together without any problems.
First, let me state that I have absolutely No ability to build things! But after closing following the instructions, this went together easily! Just me, a glass of wine and only two blisters! Seriously, I was able to get this together in less than an hour. If you have any knowledge of assembling things, youll have absolutely no issue at all. This is a beautiful piece and very sturdy!! And if youre thinking of using it as a liquor cabinet, dont hesitate!! It works beautifully!!!
Looks nice and overall is functional for books, CDs, DVDs. Only gave 4 stars as the holes on the top piece werent exactly where they should be and it took some time to get the door and backboards to align properly. Doors are still slightly off a tad, but not noticeable unless you know its there.
The cabinet went together really easily, the directions were easy to follow and everything fit well. The wood is quite nice, very good look and feel to it. Im very happy with the finished piece.
As with all of these type of cabinets, they use really really really cheap cam locks. I would cost about a half a cent to upgrade to more decent cam locks. Also, the Allen key they included with the parts kit is made of soft metal that just twisted and stripped! Prepare to use your own hex key, its a standard size at least.
Despite these two very minor annoyances, all of the important components are nice quality and Im very happy with the results.

Very good piece of furniture, easy to assemble, looks good and great price. Installed oil bronze knobs/hardware and it looks exceptional!
