    Surprised by the quality...

I could not believe this was all wood. Even the back side is a piece of plywood. I think they are great. We are using them as night stands. I like the glass doors that allow you to neatly stow items to reduce clutter. A power tool will help in the assembly.

no instructions on how to put together, so I called my engineer son and he did it easily. I love this little cabinet and plan to use it in my narrow bathroom with a vessel sink on top.

Just as beautiful in person; a little time to put together but nothing over the top.

    ITS OK TO ALMOST GOOD

FIRST OFF...We have the big brother to this. The TV stand. The finish is nice, EVEN THOUGH the finish WILL scratch off very easy and the pine under neath show through VERY loudly when it happens. The packaging was very good. WORRIED about it coming via the USPS...but it made it! Putting it together went well until I noticed A HUGE warning STICKER that they placed on the INSIDE of the piece?...I mean on the back? whatever...but on the INSIDE where it can be seen?...It took me 30 minutes and a ton of GOO OFF to get the sticker off. REALLY they didnt install a sticker that comes off? Then I put the front doors onto the piece and there wer only pilot holes on one side...anyone that knows about cabinet doors, knows they are hard to get aligned and I am no cabinet maker so... THEN as if the sticker thing wasnt frustrating enough...The manufacturer put stickers on the glass doors...problem is they installed them BEFORE they put the wood gridding on the front so the stickers were covered partially by the wood gridding. I had to release the stickers THEN try to pull them out from under the wooden gridding...AGAIN took about 20 minutes... All the warning stickers on it are stupid...and not needed on such a small product....AT LEAST PUT STICKERS ON THAT CAN BE EASY TO REMOVE?!

    Wife likes the look

Went together pretty good and is sturdy. Installing the doors was pretty easy with the pre drilled holes, but one door wasnt lined up and catches.

    Looks nice, easy to assemble

I just finished putting my cabinet together. Im admittedly not very handy, and it took me a fairly long time (because I was very careful), but I would rate the assembly as fairly easy. The instructions were reasonably clear, every part of the cabinet labeled, and the hardware was individually packaged with little numbers that corresponded to the instructions. It would have been nice, though, if the instructions indicted when something was supposed to be in front or back, and if the parts were labelled front and back. Still, it wasnt too difficult to figure out. I bought this cabinet primarily as place to put a cable modem, VOIP controller, telephone, and Apple wifi router (Airport Extreme). I wanted something small, nice looking (since it had to go in by bedroom), and not too expensive. The Bedford cabinet fit the bill--and I got a really good deal on a competitors website. Everything fits nicely--as good as or better than I expected. Ive included a picture. I placed the telephone and Apple Airport Extreme on top, with the modem and VOIP controller inside. I purposely left the backing off the cabinet entirely (its not really needed). The downside is the fit and finish is just okay, which is why I docked a star. The wood is very soft, but still nice.
