I don't usually write reviews. This bed frame exceeded my expectations. From the moment you open the box, the quality was apparent. bed frame was packed so well, no damage. The parts were labeled w stickers. All the small parts were in one package, clearly labeled, even supplied extra parts. Directions were clear, took handy man about 1 hour to assemble. Quality of the wood and finished product was impressive. Perfect for a memory foam mattress, no box spring.
I really loved this bed frame until it started to squeak after approx. 7 months of use. A bolt just fell out of its center support which I only know bc I heard it hit the floor and looked. It will hold up until I can try to fix it in the AM.
I liked that this platform bed had no mfd materials. The wood finish is beautiful-I chose the cherry finish. Assembly went perfectly with the enclosed quality tool. All the parts aligned without any issues. I was able to do this without any assistance. It is a high quality piece of furniture, and I would not hesitate to buy it again!
This was a very frustrating purchase. The only positive thing was the representative, Jodi, who resolved my problem with a credit within 2 minutes. She was pleasant, polite, understanding, and very efficient.
Now, about the mattress.
We ordered the mattress for our vacation home in Florida. The mattress arrived in a timely manner and we opened it the day after receiving it. Upon opening it we found a black smudge on a corner and multiple string pulls. We waited for 3 days, as recommended, but it never decompressed fully. I called the manufacturer, , and was told to wait for 7-10 days. Still wasnt fully decompressed even after 10 days.
We returned to our home in Maryland and contacted again. Via email. They gave me a list of necessary information and specific pictures to send them. I sent it all except the date of manufacture on the tag attached to the mattress. I Couldnt send that to them until we returned to Florida.
We returned. The mattress is still not fully decompressed after 4 weeks, (last two pictures ). I sent the picture to them and the same person who I had corresponded with in over 5-6 emails sends me a notification that because we had purchased the mattress through that I should contact . Really??? Then why all the back and forth emails? Why all the pictures?
In the meanwhile, weve been sleeping on the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress weve ever owned. Restless nights and I wake up EVERY morning with a sore neck and shoulders. The pain goes away after several hours and Ibuprofen. It was advertised as medium/firm. Nope!!! More like firm /extra firm.
The pictures are a sequence from opening , to 10 days, to over 4 weeks.
I liked that it was sent right away but it didn't look like the picture. I needed a bed so I didn't have time to send it back. Probably would not buy furniture on line again.

However, when we received it, it included incorrect legs. We contact customer support. They were very nice, but it took 10 days for the new legs to be received. Turns out, the new legs were not drilled correctly, so the frame's side bars did not fit. Contacted customer service again, had yet another set of legs shipped. We finally were able to assemble the bed, 4 weeks after initially receiving it. Customer service techs were very nice, but it was a frustrating experience :-(

Starts to break after a year

Terrible quality control, cheap build quality
This product is low build quality and you may get pieces that simply to not fit together. Absolutely not worth the hassle.
