I got this not wanting to spend much money, and honestly, it's a sturdy bed frame for the cost. It looks pretty nice too . I was worried when I bought this, as things like this often come with incorrect pieces or poor construction, or just faulty drill holes among many issues. Plus, I've read that this company's customer service is lacking in other reviews, so I was worried. But... I had absolutely no issues with this bed. As a courtesy, they give you a ratchet wrench, which I thought was extremely thoughtful, and yes, it definitely saved me time. It was easy to assemble, and is very sturdy. I will say, the three support legs in center would not be good on hard floors, so grab some little sliders for your floor to protect it. Not doing so will probably result in you tearing your floor up if you move the bed, or perhaps even during any adult activities.
I bought this for a cheap bedframe for a cheap mattress when our in-laws were visiting. Our mattress was on the floor at the time, and when they left we used the frame and got rid of their mattress. My husband put it together easily, it looked nice, and never moved or creaked. The mattress did slide a bit and occasionally had to be re-positioned. It came with a big sticker to prevent this, but it was stuck to the previous mattress. The sliding may have been prevented with the sticker. I think there is an option for a foot/headboard, but the slipping for us was mostly horizontal, not vertical.
There is a horizontal bar with feet that runs down the middle of the frame. This cuts down on storage space, but not badly.

We were just gifted a fancy used bedroom set and I took this one apart. It took 5 minutes, and is super lightweight. My 'new' one creaks and my husband is not thrilled. It's also much bulkier and heavier, and I'm not excited about moving it every time we move.
By far, this was the easiest piece of furniture to put together. Instructions were simple and to the point. There werent a lot of screws, all tools needed were provided, and the illustrations were easy to follow. The quality of wood is amazing and I loved the smell of the finish...brand new lol. The box that it came in was heavy so you do have to be careful but my daughter and I were able to get it up to our apartment with a dolly and assembly it in under 30 mins. Shes 53 and Im 57 and we had no issues brining it up and putting it together. Definitely worth my money and I will be purchasing another for another room!
I purchased the 12 in Deluxe Queen. So far it's great. The box (super heavy) arrived within 2 days of ordering. Everything was securely packed and wrapped individually, so there were no scratches/gouges/breaks.
The instructions were incredibly easy to follow and that little tool that's included was a lifesaver! I would say it took me about an hour to assemble by myself. The quality of this frame is awesome and looks amazing. I will do an updated review after a couple of months.

Assembly instructions should be fixed.
Connect the legs to the head and foot boards (2) first than connect the legs to the side boards (1)
