To get started, just lay all the parts out in separate stacks in order of use. Then the rest is history. One person is all that's needed and if you are working in a small room, one person is best. Make sure to put it together in the area you plan on using it in because it would be difficult to move without damaging it. I've never put one together before and it only took me one hour from start to finish. I love the concept and it does look nice but as for quality it is a little on the cheap side. The drawers are of plastic with small wheels and that does make them difficult to pull out and push in and especially on carpet. You get what you pay for and I knew what I was getting. That is the only reason I give it three stars.
This bed was affordable however I'm a little leary of the slats, they seems a little flimsy. I bought this bed for my 25 year old daughters room and what I needed was something affordable, to get her boxspring and mattress off of the floor and to not have anyroom under bed to collect things. I got exactly what I needed from this bed. It really wasn't hard at all to put together. Had a little help from the bf and it took us maybe just under 2 hours. The drawers are handy, but like a mentioned, a little flimsy, not sure how long it'll last.
I like the color and simple assembly of this bed, but I was disappointed by the slats which hold the mattress up. Four of the plastic caps which attach those slats were broken, and the slats themselves are not finished, necessitating another layer between them and the mattress (I ended up using the box in which the bed frame was shipped). Also, the drawers are not laminate and particle board, as expected, but flimsy, clear plastic over metal frames!
It's serving it's purpose for the time being, and I did appreciate the shipment of extra hardware for construction, but I was definitely a bit disappointed.
After reading reviews, I was pretty nervous about receiving this bed frame. I was mainly concerned about the plastic drawers people were referring to. Yes, the drawers are plastic but I was picturing them to look way more cheesier. I like the design of the drawers for what they are. The assembly was very simple and easy to follow like everyone has been saying. I only ran into two situations where the threading of a bolt did not align properly with holes that were already drilled. The only thing that is strange is how the drawers latch into place to keep from moving around but for the price something had to give. The frame looks really nice and I am very pleased with this purchase!
We're happy with this decision. The drawers under the frame are spacious and allowed us to free up room by discarding an old dresser. It took my wife and I about two hours to put the bed together. The instructions are super easy to understand, but there are a lot of steps. We were happy with the quality of the materials and I believe it's a bed frame that will hold up over the years.
The damage in the photos was discovered during the unboxing. The box it was shipped in was not damaged. The tear in the headboard fabric is visible when built, so thats disappointing.
All that being said, the bed is a nice addition to our guest room and the color allows for many different room designs.

The sides and the bottoms of drawers are made of a thin plastic, perhaps plexiglass. The drawers dont have tracks, they roll on the floor. We set the bed on carpet, and the drawers rolled smoothly. There is no lip on the bed to stop the mattress from sliding..I certainly wouldnt let children jump on the bed. I think its a nice bed and were pleased with it.
A lot of pieces but very easy to assemble. If you have issues putting this together then you had an issue putting the shapes in the plastic ball as a child. Good quality, looks great, a lot of storage. If you dont know the difference between a hammer and screw driver dont buy this! But if you do this is the bed for you!
