Some assembly required is an understatement as this bed is in many pieces. Based on the limited assembly instructions you need to be very careful using the assembly materials. The parts are very light. Once the bed was assembled it seemed decently sturdy. The paint job on the headboard and footboard left much to be desired as the connection ends were not painted smoothly. Anyway, it looks like it will be a decent guest bed used once in a while. We also bought a 10 memory foam mattress from . So for a total of $301 we got a mattress and bed frame.
Its a decent bed frame, especially for the price. It is high enough up that you can easily store boxes, and seems sturdy. The set up of the bed did take me some time, but I am not an experienced furniture builder. The paint job is alright, and you can tell you get the same amount of quality for the price. That being said, when the bed frame arrived, the box was soaking wet and I found that part of the bed frame was rusted. Where everything in the box is wrapped in plastic, it is not sealed so it was obvious that water seeped in and left its marks.
Perfect!! Classy- sturdy- and I put it together by myself. It came with Allen wrenches and a lot of screws but the instructions were good!! It took me about 2 hours to put it together. Love this bed.

This is an actual piece of garbage that looks like it was packed by a drunk person. Its missing a very important piece and now I have it half together and am incredibly frustrated. The paint is chipped and goopy in some spots and the spindles are really unevenly attached to the frame.
Great bed frame I ordered the wrong size so I just used it with a full mattress and bought a new matresss very sturdy surprisingly I had low expectations and I was really surprised that it was this good
My daughter wanted a plain black sleek frame. This is a nice bed. However if you are buying it for a younger child, the bars will break if they jump on it.
