One 'green' issue, I wish they have not used unnecessary plastics to covering every inch styrofoam.
This is an attractive product and if all is well it it worth the money. However, if you need to return because of damage or poor quality it is a very difficult process requiring good computer skills. Repacking for return is also difficult. They will not replace just the part you need. My item was poorly made and the replacement they sent was even worse.
I have purchased several pieces of furniture online and this is by far the best experience i have had with an online, self-assembled piece. The packaging was excellent. I was thrilled about the styrofoam being bagged so it doesnt get everywhere when you open the box. The hardware kit included a allen ratchet, which made it super easy to assemble. Great quality for a great price. Excellent value!
