This is a very nice chair, but not a perfect fit for my back and I needed to return it. Return was very easy and friendly. The chair looks nice, is constructed well, and was easy to assemble / shipped well.

I have been using this chair for about a week and I find this chair very comfortable. It was very easy to assemble. I love that one can adjust the lumbar support and tilt the headrest. During the day I use this as an office chair and in the evenings I use it for relaxation.
I think this was a great buy and worth every dollar I spent on it.

This is one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever had. I have sciatic and bone degenerative disease in my back. It was very easy to assemble (I'm 67). the very modern look compliments my modern retro gaming room. Had a problem with the base that came damaged but they sent me another one immediately. Would recommend this product for anyone who has to sit at the computer for hours.
This chair lives up to the advertisement providing both the comfort and stability needed for a hard days work in the new office. Assembly was a breeze and the first time sitting on it was like sitting on a plush yet supportive cloud. It's sleek design gives a feng shui feeling in the office now which previously felt dull and unenergized.
Customer service also proved to be top notch and unmatched, was very responsive to all my questions and was willing to work with me in all regards to the product. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for my office needs in the future.
Chair arrived quickly, all parts and instructions were in the box. About 1/2 hour to assemble with two people (including removing from the box). Straight forward instructions were doable. Chair is not too large so it fits nicely in my office area. At 5'8 135 lbs it is comfortable for me. Back support is nice. Leaning back is comfortable with headrest. No squeaks. I have on a low carpet. Wheels don't roll easily but this is not a problem for me as chair is positioned where I need it to be. I just turn chair to sit down. Arm rests are smooth and comfortable. I spend a lot of time at desk top computer with photography/card making and I needed a more supportive chair. I am happy with my purchase.
Cheap Chinese manufacturing for the price.
Typical, minimalist Chinese assembly instructions. However, other than initial confusion by labeling washers as shims, assembly was straight-forward, unlike claims of some other reviewers.
Purchased this for my son, got the chair assembled. The chair is good, it keeps my sons back in good posture, which is very much required because he is on it for 8-10 hours, the seat itself is not really very comfortable but its good. Also, the headrest broke within a very short time on putting very low pressure. I reached out to the customer service disappointed, and the customer service was nothing short of excellence. The customer service is one of the best that I have seen. They patiently listed to my issue, and immediately sent a replacement headrest. I was able to fix the chair and it is as good as new now.
I would buy the chair again, just because I know the company has my back.
