One can say, it's just a chair.. but there are some really good features which set this one apart from any other chair. Keeping in mind the price point, this chair has a premium look and feel because the quality of materials is top notch.. I really like the wheels. They are really smooth and won't scratch the floor.
I had a minor issue with the chair and I reached out to their after sales department. They were very responsive and genuinely concerned about the issue. They resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. I am more than happy with their customer service.

One of the things I like best about this chair is the really comfortable support. However, I chose this chair for something most people haven't mentioned, you don't have to put the arm supports on. Because of that, I can move the chair close enough for me (I'm 5'3) and do whatever work I need to do. And it was really easy to put together.
I had a serious problem attaching the armrest. The bolts provided were or are too short. I had to fight and spend way too much time and had to use another tool or wrench to get the bolts in. I'm a retired home improvement contractor and know how to use tools and how to put simple things together! I'm sure people with less skills would have even a greater problem.
Also, there were bolts (4) missing. The bolts used to attach the bottom of the set to the base. Luckily, I had spare parts.
The chair is ok. I pretty much got my money's worth.
I have this chair for 1 day and is wornout suppose is for 350 lbs I weight 285 and and is already out of service but dont worry am not ask for my money next time go to office Depot
I was worried about putting this together by myself and it would have been easier with another person but it is doable. It only took about an hour to put together and the directions are very helpful. It's comfortable and very nice to look at.
It states leather but found no tag on chair listing materials but for the price it is OK. Assembly took 30 minutes just loosely put all the screws in the back, bottom, and arm rest then tighten them all.

Great chair! Finally after testing out and buying multiple mid priced office chairs I found one that is well built and fits my tall frame!

Nice chair!
Its pretty easy to assemble it. It took me about 10 minutes. It is comfortable to sit on it. You can adjust the height as well
