My old chair was uncomfortable to sit on because it was so old. I upgraded to this one because I was working from home so much an wanted something that was better than what I had. This is a very comfortable chair and I feel supported in my head, neck, and back. Would definitely recommend!
Overall its a really nice chair. However, the piece I received had some issues with the wheels and its assembly. The seller was very prompt and helpful in addressing the situation. Do recommend the chair, will buy again.

In the beginning incline was not working, I thought it was broken, but after couple of message exchange seller customer service was able to provide me a guide and it worked. I found another seller was selling same produce in lower price than I paid for. I let my seller know and they have promised to give credit, which is nice. Chair is very comfortable.

Key elements I truly liked was lumber support that can go up/down and forward/backward and roller blade wheels don't get caught when you roll your chair. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again, if needed.
Great lumbar support if you need that for sitting for long periods. The headrest is nice because it is able to move very easily - which is a nice change from most chairs where it is stuck in one position so if you have neck issues you are really stuck - this one you can adjust for what works for you and move as you need during the day. Rolls super easily with the roller blade like wheels!

As for the actual product, this chair arrived ahead of schedule and with no issues. No damage to that packaging, etc. The chair was very easy to assemble (assembled the chair while watching a movie and talking on the phone in probably 45 minutes) and I found the directions easy to follow. All of the parts and the tool needed to assemble were provided. Gloves were included which was a nice touch and appreciated.
However the chair itself is not comfortable (hurts my elbow especially) and the chair requires a mat to roll on carpeting (my previous chair did not).
Overall, I wanted to love this chair, but I didn't and requested a return. I'm sad. I wanted to love this product.
This chair is very easy to assemble. Just basic tools took me around 25 min . It is a quality construction and with mesh fabrics it doesnt get sweaty using this chair for longer durations . Overall this chair is great . We had a minor issue with parts but customer service is great
