Updated: 5 stars for the the awesome customer service. 10 months later... seat riser failing

Updated: After contacting the customer service through ask a seller... the company quickly solved the problem with a replacement part. They responded quickly, and I am expecting my chair to be as good as new very soon. Thank you. It's been 10 months of use, about 4-6 hours 3-4 days a week. The chair is comfortable, but the hydraulic seat riser is now failing. The chair seat height does not stay put. After an hour of sitting, you need to raise again. And again. And again. Also, for those on the carpet. This chair is better suited for hardwood, hard floor surfaces. The wheels, which are awesome, are not suited for carpet. Even with a carpet protector mat, the hard rubber thin wheels dig in and have created rivets in the floor protector. No issues other than it's not easy to roll around the mat as the wheels have caused semi-permanent depressions in the mat which requires one to stand-up, move the chair to a new spot.

Ergo is a must for WFH

Ergonomic chair is a must for work from home 2020 and 2021. Before this chair, I used to use my dining chair and dining table as home office. Well— the dinning chair cant move freely and theres no back support. With this chair, my home office efficiency improves a lot! I can roll over in the room easily

    Good Chair

Great quality! Only down side so far is the cushion is very firm.... almost too firm

    Beyond expectation

Beyond expectation. A lot of adjustability: height, incline, headrest, lumbar support. Good quality material, quiet wheels.

Decent for the price, may need some modifications

I've only been sitting in the chair for about a week but it's already made a difference. My old chair (8 years) had a broken piston so it would sink to the floor over time. Also the padding had compressed so much that after about 30 minutes in the chair, my tailbone would hurt and my legs would fall asleep. This chair was of interest because it was the first one that actually said (in the images) it was for people over 6 ft. so I took a chance and am fairly pleased. It does have overlapping pros/cons so I will try to list them below: PROs: It arrived 2 weeks early Packaging was well done. Cardboard and bubblewrap, no foam Instructions were easy to follow (I thought I did it wrong at first because I had leftover screws and spacers) Chair is pretty solid construction. A mix of plastic and metal It is comfortable to sit in though the seat could use a bit more padding The adjustable lumbar support is great but since I never had one, I'm still trying to figure the best spot for it The headrest is comfortable but a bit short The blade wheels are a nice touch but not so much on carpet CONs: The blade wheels don't orient themselves properly on carpet (basic room carpet, not area rug or shag) and the chair sometimes gets stuck when trying to push it away from the desk The headrest is a bit too short. At its max height, the bottom hits me in the shoulders so it does't support my head in an upright position. If I tilt my head back it fits good but then I'm looking down my nose at my screen The seat could use a bit more padding. I'm used to sitting on essentially a rock so it's an improvement but it still feels a bit too firm. I'm considering getting a small washable pad for it though to help keep it fresh anyway (see update below) The armrests are a bit hard. They aren't plastic and you can compress them with your thumb but it takes a bit of pressure. They're comfortable enough if you put your arms in the groove (see my next item) The armrests don't quite fit my arms. When I let my arms fall naturally, the outside edge of the armrest hits the inside of my forearm. This causes wrist pain after about 30 minutes of use. I contacted the seller to see if they have wider armrest brackets but they don't. I will probably purchase some extra pads that are available here on . Overall, I'm happy with the chair. I understand nothing is truly a one size fits all and my height and weight puts me between a normal chair and a big and tall chair (those always lean big instead of tall) so I'm willing to add a few extra bucks to remedy the parts I don't like. If you're in the market for a decent budget chair with ergonomic features, I'd say give this one a try. I'm going to use this spot to thank the delivery driver since there is no separate button to do so. I didn't meet the driver but thanks for getting my product to me a couple weeks early and undamaged! Update 2021-05-12: After using the chair for a while, I do have to caution that the seat does get a bit uncomfortable after a few hours of continuous use, especailly in the tailbone (and I'm only around 200 lbs). I tried buying a few different cushions (one less than 1/4 thick), which did help a bit but I can't find one that covers the entire seat so they usually put pressure on my hamstrings, making my legs tingle.

    Nice chair with nice price

This package came with installation tool set and is very easy to install. It took me about only 10 min to install. I used to sit on my chair which has a thick cushion, it was comfortable until I have to work from home and keep sitting for long time like 2-3 hours. I felt pain on waist and butt. After switching to this office chair for around 2 weeks, I never felt the pain and tiredness again. Overall speaking it is very comfortable also with a good price. Strong recommendation!

    Very Comfortable and supportive

I bought this as a gift for my son. He loved it! He sits all the time working as a writer and was having back issues, so I bought him this chair. He likes he mesh back that helps keep him cool. He thinks the lumbar support is excellent. After I bought him the chair he hurt his back lifting some items and he was able to adjust the lumbar support on this chair to help provide some relief.

    A good chair for working

Using this chair working at home. The installation was easier than I thought, spent about 30 minutes, they even provide a glove. You can easily adjust the support for lower back and head to your confirm position. It helps my back pain comparing sitting on my dinning chair for a whole day. Im happy with this chair overall.
