Purchase this to replace my three years old chair because the cushion got flated and making really annoying noise when I lean back. Chair pretty straight forward to put together tools included. Really love the mesh design for the back to keep my back cool, most important for me is the lumbar support really help for a long-term use like gaming or zoom meetings. Don't buy any gaming chair they look cool, but they're really uncomfortable. I highly recommend for this office chair to anyone who want to upgrade or replace your old chair.
I love the chair...it's comfortable to sit in...the rubber wheels are life changing...but...
...it's already broken. The bottom third of the lumbar support has already cracked half way across starting in the center. Even just sitting with nobody in the chair there is a crack which makes me wonder what will break next. After spending this much on an office chair I expected it to hold up much better than this.
The chair is just prefect for me to work from home. I have to sit 6-9 hours Pre day on it. The chair doesnt have voice when I move it around. Its a lot more comfortable compared to my old ones. Since this is not a cheap price for 200 dollars for a chair but Im Satisfy with the purchase.One thing is The seat cushion is abit hard, I like it but my wife said its abit hard for her. It actually just took me about 25 mins to install it.
Received my chair two days ago. Assembly was standard (I'm a professional equipment installer), although I really wish the entire industry would come up with a better design than metal bushings pressed into plywood for fasteners; it's WAY too easy to pull the bushing out if you over tighten. Always listen for cracking wood when tightening bolts. Including gloves to keep packing oil off of hands during assembly is nice. Gloves being sized for a child is not. Pro gripe over.
The headrest is very loose, would need a plastic shim to firm it up. Padding on headrest is fabric stretched over a frame, probably will stretch out over time. - 1 star
The armrests are also very loose. I fear to put weight on them in case the plastic adjustment mechanism breaks. Padding on armrests is hard plastic with almost no give. Will be purchasing armrest pads, negating $20 coupon at purchase. -1 star.
The seat padding is firm but comfortable, no discomfort so far.
Back is comfortable, lumbar support is adjustable for height and depth.
Tilt mechanism requires a bit of wiggling to lock and unlock. Squeaked a little until I oiled it.
Overall fair chair for the price. Time will tell on comfort, but so far I think it will do.
UPDATE- I contacted the seller about obtaining a new tilt mechanism as mine requires wiggling the seat back to get it to lock and unlock. They replied with a form email that explained the steps for locking and unlocking the seat back exactly the same as in the assembly instructions. That is not my problem. I have used more office chairs then you have had hot dinners, I KNOW how to lock and unlock a tilt mechanism. MINE IS FAULTY.

...AND 6 months later the chair is broken. Seat back does not return to full upright position.

Great comfort, especially for the price. Simple assembly, nice look and more than I hoped for the price. Ive had chairs worth twice as much that arent nearly as comfortable. Highly recommend!
I really like this chair, easy to assemble and ergonomic, maybe take about 30 minutes to install it, it also has a manual book you can read first, the height of the armrest and chair can be adjusted, and the support are really great, it makes me feel comfortable and relaxing, thanks .
This probably is the most expensive chair I ever bought but I thk it is worth the money I spent! I had the similar ergonomic chair at work which supports my back well. Now I gotta work at home and sit for 8 hours was a pain for me. So I bought this chair. Even the chair is not the cheapest but really good quality and also good to use. I tried it for a week which I had to sit the entire day and I felt pretty good. The support is good and the seat is comfortable. So i so recommended it. One thing I do hope they can upgrade is the handle bar can be a little bit more adjustable for different ways. Overall pretty good.

Comfortable and Easy to Assemble
Very comfortable for a relatively big guy. Not too big but perfect. Put together quickly after watching that video on YouTube.

Not the cheapest price chair but has good quality
