I love this chair excellent support. I am recovering from fall in which I have 2 spinal fractures. I am back to work and sit comfortably in this chair. Worth it!

When I opened the box, I was surprised to see they provide cardboard cutters and a pair of gloves to protect hands. They also include extra screws and washers in the box. The assembly is pretty straight forward. I spent about 40 minutes to assemble it.
The seat raises up 1-2 inches higher than what I used to seat. This is the only thing that bothers me, but I think I should get used to it. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. I will buy myself another one once I am allowed to go back to the office...
The quality of the chair is very good and the assembly is very convenient. It doesn't take much time to assemble. The base is a breathable cushion. The cushion is very soft and comfortable to sit on. The height of the chair is easy to adjust. It's comfortable to lean your back against the chair. Very satisfied.
This chair is a great value for the price. It was very easy to assemble and very comfortable. The only hiccup I had with it was that the plastic cover on the bottom of the chair was damaged on arrival with no apparent damage to the shipping box. I emailed customer support right away and sent a picture of the damage and had a response with a resolution that same day.
This chair is highly adjustable, from back support, height, tilting angle, to head support position. The wheels are super smooth and quiet. My old chair made a lot of noise when moving around. So this chair impressed me right away upon assembly. The back support is adjustable. It provide very good support to my back. I just wish they make leather version of the chair. I will surely buy it again when they do.
The package is well packed and the tools are very useful. It's make the assembly very easy and convenient. We assembled in 20 minutes. This is the third chair I bought this year. I think I finally found the most suitable one for my home office. The cervical spine, the back, the handrail, all three can be adjust. I feel very comfortable so far.

Very nice chair for tall people
I'm 6'4 and this chair fits me a lot better than most chairs. It seems sturdy and the assembly was much easier than a lot of chairs.
