There things I love this chair compared to my old ergonomic office chair from Costco: 1) good neck support 2) good back support 3) the wheels are the type which wont destroy your hardwood floor. My old one from Costco rubbed away the paint from my floor and I had to purpose this type of wheels to replace the original ones.
Really easy to assemble. I mean, I don't consider myself a mechanic but when I saw a user manual with 20 pages it overwhelms me. This office chair took only 7 steps and less than half an hour to assemble with no tools required.
It also looks very high end and more functionalities than a regular desk chair consider adjustable heights, tilting angle, and back support. Definitely the best Christmas gift I got so far

The chair provides good support and feels like it. This doesn't feel like a cheap chair. It feels sturdy even when lying back. I'm a pretty big guy and it holds me up very well. The cushion isn't as comfortable as I would like, thus the minus one star. But everything else holds up well. I think it's a little high for the price, but it's the cheapest of everything else that's the same or similar. Overall I'm happy with it considering how much I now use it, 9 hours a day for work.
This is a very comfortable chair. I tried several chairs in my office, including la-z-boy, staples hyken, staples dexley and this chair is the most ergonomic. It also has a very solid building quality, heavy to lift but smooth to roll on the casters. It is worth mentioning that the chair assembly is very easy. All the tools are provided. The screws are protected using the blue loctite. The manufacturer provides extra screws and shims to make sure no accident can happen. Beyond my expectation, they even include a pair of working gloves in the box. How thoughtful!
The biggest issue I had was that this chair was weeks late getting to me. The only other knock is that it sits an inch or two higher than I like.
Everything else though, from the packaging to setup to build quality, etc., this is the best I've seen to date.
If you don't mind waiting for delivery past what they promised, and you can live with a chair that sits a bit high, then I strongly recommend this chair. Best in class I've seen in person.

Ultimately it was found to be that the package carrier had not delivered it to my apartment and was found elsewhere.
Im 67 and 270 lbs and this chair is super comfortable, provides support with great adjustment controls, and to date after a couple of months, hasnt had any problem supporting my weight with the hydraulics. A lot of chairs max at 250 lbs so they sink as you sit.
