    Good value office chair

Bought this chair as a Xmas gift for my dad. He works as a consultant and most of the time he sits in front of the computer, especially in the pandemic. We have higher end chairs like knolls and okaruma to compare to. This chair is very cost effective. The chair is comfortable - mesh is flexible and seat is firm. Base is the highlight of the chair - the metal looks great. It is said to be Aluminum but looks like stainless steel. The wheels are upgraded, moves easier. Plastic could be better, but good for the price. Anyway I would recommend for average use.

Great Chair and Great Price Despite Shipping Issues

Received the chair 26 days after my order date. The seller was very quick to respond to my inquiries and escalated with FedEx to pickup the shipment. The issue with shipping had to do with FedEx not picking up the order from their warehouse. I can understand considering the logistical nightmare this year must be causing with all the folks working hard to deliver merchandise . I only want to mention this in case anyone else experiences a similar fate and to let everyone know the seller is very responsive and will work to get deliveries out. The chair is very well made and sturdy. Easy to assemble and comes with all the bolts, washers/shims, and tool you need to assemble. It's also very comfortable with lower back support as well as the ability to adjust the headrest, back, height of chair and armrests. I took pictures of the front, back, and caster wheels so you can get a good look at the chair fully assembled. I really like the wheels for my hardwood floor considering they're made of rubber and what you'd expect to see on rollerblades. The packaging was excellent and all the components were well protected.

Good chair for the price, but not for tall people.

Pros: Adjustable head support and lumbar support, nice wheels and breathable mesh back, basically all the things they advertise. The lumbar support is nice and the chairs really glides along the floor nicely. The customer service was great as well, they were helpful and always responded to my messages within 24 hours. Cons: As a 6'2 skinny guy, I could not sit up straight without the headrest (even in it's tallest position) digging into my back. If you are like 5'10 or under, this chair should be good for you, but I would NOT recommend this chair for any tall person. Additionally, the armrests are very curved, meaning it can be uncomfortable to rest your arms in any position then straight forward. The seat is also somewhat firm, so if you like your seats very soft, beware. Overall, this is a fine ergonomic chair, not insanely great, but good for the price IF you are on the shorter side.

    Customer service and quality A

Ordered this chair as a Christmas present, and cuz of snow it wasn't going to get here on time. I reached out to the company and they responded quickly, kindly and completely fixed the problem. The chair did come late but they made it worth it the wait. Not to mention this is a really well made chair. My boyfriend is 6'4 and 300lbs and it works for him better than any chair he's had prior. Thank you to the company!

    Good quality for price

The chair is pretty comfortable, far more solid than I had expected but I kind of like it, my last chair was superior, but it was also $100 more so thats fair. The english instructions for assembly were slightly poor in translation at points, but its a simple chair to put together anyway (and it came with some disposable gloves so you dont get your hand grease on all the metal bits) The back neck thing seems pointless? I dont know for sure, Ive only had it for a few weeks

    HIGH QUALITY!

If I could give it more stars I would, this chair is the top quality. It was easy to put together. Super firm and Hardy, perfect for back support. I'm beyond happy about this product. Especially for their competitor's prices, this one is the absolute best in quality along with being the cheapest!

    Excellent chair for the price

I bought this chair for my husband who is an average size guy, 5'9 175. He's been experiencing some back pain working at his computer from a straight chair, and I hoped this would help. The chair is easy to assemble with clear instructions, the tool you need and well-packaged hardware. Extra screws and a t-handle on the allen key were a nice touch as were the gloves to keep the grease on the hardware off your hands. The chair has a lot of possible adjustments. The position of the arms relative to the sides of the seat and the position of the back relative to the back of the seat can both be adjusted as you assemble the chair because the arms and back have slots rather than just holes that the screws go through. Once assembled, the height and tilt are adjusted with the lever on the base. The headrest is friction-fit with notches, so height-adjustable but requires some care to get in position. The headrest tilt is also adjustable but has no way of being locked in place once adjusted; it requires a little force to adjust so holds in position well. The armrests go up and down, and the lumbar support position is adjustable. The seat padding is good; I expect the textured cover will catch crumbs. And the wheels are great on our wood floor. All-in-all quite pleased with this. We'll have to see how the friction adjustments hold up.

Most comfortable chair I've ever gotten! Gaming chair replacement 100%

I've been in the market to seek out for gaming chairs because of the long hours I'll be sitting on my chair, but I found that ergonomic office chairs are more cost friendly and are built to be more comfortable! So I'm gonna break down everything here from setting up to comfort. During the setup, there will seem like a lot of parts, but the single page of instructions was enough to make the building process so incredibly easy!! Props to for being able to show exactly how to install the parts of the chairs without a 50 page handbook. I took my sweet time while watching Netflix and took just about 45 minutes for a rough duration of time. The caster wheels are amazing! On my previous chair, I find the wheels to sound really loud, so I have a rug under to dampen the sound, but on this ergonomic chair, I have absolute no reason to keep the chair on the rug for sound dampening. I still keep the chair on the rug simply because the chair move around a lot and keeping it on a rug makes it feel extremely secure. The height of this chair is quite... surprising. I am 5'5 and I have the chair at barely 50% of it's fully height because anything higher and my foot starts dangling, so very good adjustability of height and takes into consideration of different heights. The backrest of the chair can be adjusted, but it does not lock in place when leaning back, so think of it as like the ability to have a rocking chair. The lumbar support on this is amazing! There is so much adjustability to the lumbar support; I have seen from the reviews that the chair cannot adjust lumbar support in height and that's not true!! Although it may feel difficult to move, the mechanism can be pulled, similarly to adjusting the headrest (talk about that in a sec). Aside from pulling and pushing the lumbar support, it has a knob on the back to adjust the amount of support that fits just for you. The seat itself is very firm, but it isn't uncomfortable type of firm. I feel absolutely fine after sitting on this even for hours at a time. My previous chair had armrest, but I never used it because it was sitting too low and provided no support while I was using the computer so I used the table for support. With this chair from , I can finally adjust the armrest to my table height and bring the keyboard mouse closer so I don't have to sit so close to my monitor. Lastly, the headrest! This and the lumbar support were the primary reason for me to get this chair! With these being adjustable, I was able to feel completely fine after sitting on this chair for hours! To give perspective, I typically sit on my chair for sometimes 4-6 hours at a time and this chair has absolutely no problem with me sitting for that duration of time. I typically stand up and stretch after 3 hours simply because I feel like it is unhealthy to sit longer than that so there would be no reason it wouldn't be comfortable more than 3 hours of straight sitting. P.S. There were multiple instances where I fell asleep on this chair and had almost no reason to get myself onto a bed because of the comfort.
